2. How many control communication protocols do your smart downlights support?
We offer four optional smart protocols: Tuya WiFi+Bluetooth, Tuya Bluetooth Mesh, Tuya Zigbee and Zigbee 3.0.
3. What’s the difference between these protocols?
（1） Tuya Bluetooth Mesh Version
This version requires a Tuya Bluetooth gateway or Tuya multi-mode gateway. First add the gateway to the APP, then pair the light fixture with the gateway to activate smart control. Supported APPs: Tuya Smart / Smart Life.
（2）Tuya WiFi+Bluetooth Version
No gateway is required. The fixture can be added to the APP via Wi-Fi for smart control. The Bluetooth module enables auto device discovery for quick network pairing, and local Bluetooth control remains available even when Wi-Fi is offline. Supported APPs: Tuya Smart / Smart Life.
（3）Standard Zigbee Version
A Zigbee gateway is mandatory. Simply search and add the fixture within the gateway’s native APP without installing extra software. It is compatible with all Zigbee 3.0 gateways, including Tuya gateway, Amazon Zigbee Gateway, Samsung SmartThings Hub, Philips Hue Bridge, eWeLink Gateway, Sonoff Gateway and Hubitat.
（4）Tuya Zigbee Version
Built on the Zigbee 3.0 standard, this variant adds exclusive features like preset scenes and seasonal light modes when paired with a Tuya Zigbee gateway. No functional differences will be seen if used with third-party Zigbee gateways.

5. How long is the production and delivery lead time after ordering?Normally, production takes 5–15 days after order placement, depending on the order quantity. The delivery time varies by destination, generally taking 3–8 days to arrive.
